I saw the name "Naeba Shuzo" on the menu.
I thought it might be "Jozu Mori". So I ordered it.
This one came out lol.
A soft ginjo aroma.
The moderate umami spreads slowly, and
The overall impression is light and mellow.
It has a completely different taste from the Jyosu Mori.
