This year's annual Risshun morning pressing for the lunar New Year was Tenranzan by Igarashi Shuzo of Saitama Prefecture. It has a freshly pressed, gorgeous, fresh, vibrant, and youthful flavor. It has a wonderful roughness and sharpness, as one would expect from a cold Risshun! Thanks to all the sake brewers who visited the brewery early this morning to deliver the freshly pressed sake! Thank you for a sake that smells good, tastes good, and brings good luck!
