ねむち
The 25th Hankyu Brewery Festival (3)
Shugetsu booth.
A small brewery in Tanba Sasayama with seven employees. This one was also not very accustomed to sales, or perhaps they were not recommended to us, but the pattern was to order and let us drink.
◉Special Junmai Sake Hiyoroshi
The sake has a mild full-bodied taste and a solid alcohol content. It has a mild richness and a solid alcohol taste.
◉Special Junmai Sake
The impression of grain and nutty umami. The finish has a tingling sensation that lingers on the tongue. The taste is a bit rustic and unrefined.
◉Nama sake
Slightly sweet with volume and richness. Nutty and full-bodied. Delicious.
◉Special Junmai Sake (Nama Sake)
Full-bodied with a hint of acidity. The freshness is subdued and there is a mellow fullness. This is also very tasty.
Aged sake Black label - Toki no Shokunin
Aged for 16 years. Mellow, old sake with a slightly high acidity level. It's a good sake.
The quality of the sake is very strong, so I guess it is suitable for old sake.
A young wife pushing a baby stroller was looking around here, so I told her that this was a rare place and recommended it to her.

bouken
Nemuchi-san here too 😁.
I heard from some people that they don't like that many people leave without buying, so maybe they decided not to actively promote their style 🤔They now have a young master brewer, so keep an eye on him 📣.
