Long time no see, Yokoyama!
We had a bottle of YOKOYAMA SILVER7 Junmai Ginjo (Nama-shu).
The nose has a fresh ginjo aroma reminiscent of muscat. Oh, this is the one I like 🎵!
In the mouth, the sweetness with a hint of grape flavor fills the mouth and finishes with a slight effervescence.
Yes, it's delicious!
It is full of juiciness, but not too sweet, and has a slight astringency, so you won't get tired of drinking it.
As expected from Yokoyama! It's still really good ✌!
