The mouthfeel is round with a sense of maturity, but it becomes even more round when it is poured into a glass and the temperature rises. But instead? A little sourness came out. I was moderately drunk.

Why the sea? I was wondering why the sea?
It certainly fits the expression "deep in flavor. I would like to try the raw sake and nigori type (is there such a thing?). I would like to try the Nama-sake and Nigori-type (is there such a thing?) as well.
