Let's resume the sake brewery tour 👉 We are at "Kawajiri Sake Brewery", a white sake brewery that closes its store for lunch exactly at lunch time 😆. The tasting system is to purchase the sake you want to drink at the cash register. I'll have a Hida Masamune right away 😁. It is "Hida Masamune" in kanji. It is an aged sake, so it has a light caramel color 🟡 and a walnut-like sweetness. It has a light caramel color 🟷 and a walnut-like sweetness. There is a hint of alcohol in the rim, but it would be strange if there was none at all since it is 20 degrees Celsius. 🙂‍↕️ There was a distinctive aroma at the end.
