It has a fresh, crisp acidity and a lightly cloudy graininess. It is more gassy and has a deeper umami than the Omine we had just before, which we prefer.
It was my first time at this restaurant, but the liquor store seemed to use Sake Sento, Yoshidaya, and Chitashige, and had a good selection of modern sake.
