コタロー
Is it sweet? It looks delicious and I'm curious... but what if I don't like it... yeah, buy it! So I bought it.
The aroma is fruity, sour, rice, and also some young peach flavor.
When you drink it, a little chili, cotton candy-like sweetness hits you for a moment, but it doesn't linger, and it finishes with a soft umami and a crisp acidity.
The taste is definitely sweet, but it is not sticky, and it has a moister flavor (?) that I feel I am not good at. I can't explain it because I don't have the vocabulary...), and I can drink it easily. It has a clean aftertaste and goes down your throat without any stickiness.
It was so good that I couldn't help but go on to the next cup.

Good evening, Mr. Kotaro 🦉.
Eei! I'm very interested in Gassan because it is the sake that changed the image of San'in sake. The label looks delicious 😊.
