しんしんSY
The proprietress's relative is a sake brewer in Nokomi, Saga Prefecture.
A friend of mine recently compared the 8th and 9th generation sake, and tonight she suggested I try this junmai ginjo dry (裏純米吟醸).
It's a little dry, but it's a delicious sake.
Potato salad I asked for as a side dish!
It is different from other potato salads!
As soon as I tasted it, I knew there was a secret flavor, so I asked the proprietress about it!
It is dressed with miso paste, and contains aosa, scallops, and asari seaweed!
The owner is an excellent cook, and I can see why this restaurant will soon become a thriving business!
It is the kind of restaurant that I don't want to tell others about, but I will tell everyone at Sake-no-wa!
There were also some foreigners here!
The restaurant has a counter with 7 seats.
Up until now, reservations were limited to a maximum of three people.
From now on, it will be limited to 2 people.

This sake is a dry junmai ginjo. The rice used for this sake is locally grown Yamadanishiki from Kashima. After the robust flavor, you will enjoy the crispness that only a dry sake can provide. It is also characterized by a subtle fruity aroma. It is a junmai ginjo that is full of flavor, yet refreshing to drink.
