Shupon when opened
Moderate gassiness
Slightly melon and banana-like top notes
The same fruity aroma as on the top, moist sweetness and full rice flavor, spreading with soft acidity and a touch of gassiness, and finishing with a slight bitterness and alcohol spiciness.
The aroma is soft and slightly sweet and umami, and the overall impression is mild, making it a good match with meals, but also delicious on its own.
About 3 days after the bottle is opened, the aroma of koji (malted rice) comes out and it becomes mellow.
It goes well with "Solo no Gourmet", a Japanese food show, stir-fried pork belly and green onion with salt and leeks, and leek namul.
