Overall 7 (out of 10)
On 5/18, I had some business in the Nakano area of Shinshu, so I stopped by Kakuguchi Sake Brewery and bought a bottle of this sake, and drank it in my hotel room. This is my second bottle today (300ml, but... 😅) 🍶. 😅) 🍶.
The spiciness is strong from the beginning to the aftertaste, but it wears off quickly.
Light on the palate.
The spiciness is strong, but there is also a hint of rice in the background.
It is dry, but you can feel some rice in the background.
If you like dry sake, you may be able to drink it in a way that brings out more of its potential.
I served it chilled.
I was impressed by the aroma.

Hello Jay & Nobby😃
I visited a sake brewery on my trip, heard many stories and bought some local sake,
Tasting the sake you bought while remembering it 🍶 is the best 😃.
It's the best 😃.
My grandmother's house was in Minamimaki Village, Saku County, so I have a special place in my heart for Shinshu 😊.
