The Ko-Imari Belloli was delicious and we had about 3 more cups, and to finish... for some reason they had Jikin, so we went with Jikin ✨.
It has a good balance of umami and acidity and is a delicious sake as a food sake 😊.
I didn't expect to find sake at a yakiniku horumon restaurant 😳
My wife was also satisfied with the sake with yakiniku 😊.
This is a good choice instead of Italian, French, etc. 🤩.

I guess the Ko-Imari Nanagori was just like that 🤤.
And the Jikin-sama special pure sake to finish off the meal is the best 😍!
