Rich oak aroma, slight peat aroma, honey-like round sweetness, apricot flavor, and light acidity. The wine has a round, honey-like sweetness, apricot flavor, and light acidity. The gently overlapping flavors were pleasant and impressive.
When we purchased the sake, we were given sake lees from Heiwa Shuzo. I immediately tried it with amazake, and it was just like Kido! I had never had such a fruity amazake before.
