First time in Tamagawa. And a bit out of season for the sake.
I've heard rumors about this Tamagawa brew, and it's a bit harsh when you drink it as it is.
When you drink it on the rocks in a wine glass, the harshness of the drink becomes lighter, and as the ice melts, you can enjoy the change in flavor. The sweet and astringent flavors were also good, but it was still a bit difficult for me to enjoy.
I'm learning every day.

This is the time of year when it's warmed up. I have a bottle sitting in my house for heating up. I only bought one bottle this year, so I didn't hesitate to use it for warming up (^...^)
