This was my first time attending a tasting at Amto Sake Brewery, but I enjoyed the tasting with a high degree of freedom, such as heating up the sake by myself, mixing spirits with carbonated water on my own, weighing the sake, and borrowing a funnel.
Afterwards, we stopped by the sake corner of Keihan Department Store, where bouken-san got laid again, and then we went home.
