The aroma is faintly apple, softly sweet. It also has a rummy taste.
When you drink it, it is not as sweet as the aroma and is very mild, but there is still a hint of apple, and the sweetness and flavor spreads slowly. The acidity is on the back side.
I read somewhere that the brewer said you can add carbonated water, so I added carbonated water with Drinkmate!
It is refreshing, yet delicious with a strong umami flavor. It may not be a summer sake in a good sense.
After a few days, the impression is still the same, but the apple-like fruity taste (but not quite) has calmed down, and it seems to have become more coherent and rounded in flavor.
It has a good sharpness with umami, and it goes on and on and on. It is the type of sake that can be drunk with a meal for a long time, and I enjoyed it.

Hello Kotaro 😃
Here we had it too, and as you said, the sweetness of the aroma can be transmitted to the taste as well 😊.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby!
I see that you both enjoyed it too ☺️ It was a delicious summer sake, not sweet in taste but softly sweet in aroma, with a strong flavor and acidity that made it refreshing to drink 😋🍶.
