The aroma is mild, and the aftertaste is really refreshing, with a hint of fizz, yeast flavor, and sourness.
This is also an unpasteurized sake with a moderate alcohol content of 13 degrees, making it easy to drink.
I have learned that there is good sake like this in Kyushu.
