I asked the master what it was like, and he said that it was easy to drink among the Teimatsu...😌.
I asked the master what it was like and he said it was one of the easier ones to drink... 😌.
It was my first time 🍶.
The first aroma is fruity and sweet.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a light sweetness with a hint of sourness.
It has a mineral taste and finishes gradually.
I used the wine term "minerality," but the sake here has a hardness of 149 mg/kg and is made with subsoil water that has passed through the limestone of Mount Chichibu.
I also feel that Chiba's Iwano-i, which has a hardness of 240, is a little different.
Maybe it's just my imagination... 🙄.
It was delicious 🍶✨

Good morning, Matsuchiyo 😃.
Teisho, is it full of mineral feeling? ☺️
I'd love to try it if I see it 😄.

Hi Aladdin 🌞.
I kinda felt like Evian or Bolvik 🤔.
I'm not sure if that's what you mean by the minerality of the wine 😅
