I kind of avoided the water surface before because it was too dry, but the tidal wave is much more interesting!

Is there really really lemon in it? It has a level of acidity, but the bitterness cuts it off at the end so it's drinkable without being sticky.
It's a strong acidity, so it's a heretic, but I think this one is perfect.
