I think I bought this at Wakaba Sake Shop near Hanamaki-Higashi High School 😀 It is Junmai Ginjo of Akabu.
The aroma is fruity like green apple 🍏 😊The palate is clean and clear with a sweet umami taste 😚 And the mild acidity brings them together nicely 😘👍The stable Akabu is still a delicious sake 🥳.
The fourth picture is the Eboshi-iwa (Eboshi Rock) at the Sakurayama Shrine ⛩️ in Morioka Joshi Park, which I went to see on my morning walk. The giant rock shaped like a crow's hat is cool 😎✨.
