Dry with a strong umami. Soft and fruity on the palate. It is a combination of melon 🍈 and banana 🍌. When combined with morokyu miso, the harshness is softened and mellowed. The morokyu miso is superb 😆.
The miso ramen noodles I had to finish off the meal was quite mild. Milky. Just right with a dash of chili pepper as recommended 👍.
