The back of Senkori, sparkler. I wonder if it's the back of the bottle if it's an origane? The sweet aroma is like a mixture of melon and lactobacillus.
Oh my, what a gentle flavor. It has a natural sweetness like the makwari my grandmother used to serve me when I was a child. The gentle sourness is followed by an exquisite fizziness that may or may not be present. This is another great sake. It's like a mass of gentleness.

Hello palm farmer😃.
I didn't know what a makwa 🍈 was so I googled it 🧐 we haven't had our backsides 🥲 but the lump of tenderness is making me want to drink it 🤗.

Hi Jay & Nobby. Sentori really amazes me every time I drink it. about 30 years ago in the Aizu region of Fukushima prefecture, a farmer's grandmother used to sell vegetables on a big cart. Makuwa-ri (Japanese cucumber) was often sold in summer.
