Following Mutsu Hachisen, here we go.
The first Hamachidori.
It seems to be an all-Iwate sake.
You can really feel the rice in this sake.
It has a strong umami flavor.
It goes well with food too 🥰.
It went well with the sashimi that was just served 😅.
I'm not sleeping well at this pace 😅.

At my work place it was discontinued due to the Corona disaster and it doesn't look like it's coming back 😁.
Hamachidori is a representative sake of Sanriku with a light dry taste👍.
