This is Mutual from Kutsugake Sake Brewery, whose brewery is not even registered in Sake-no-wa.
The secret course (black label) is very dry and has a very acidic taste that I don't like 💦, so I used a Nosaku sake cup to mellow it out. It goes well with chilled tofu with lots of condiments.
Hitomi is made from Hitogochiki and Miyamanishiki.

It's a happy hanpukai that sends me sake from Nagano for a little over half a year 💟 I didn't see any mention of the ratio. But I thought it was an interesting experiment.
