Drink at home. It has a unique taste like an aged sake, with bitterness added to the umami and acidity. The color is a little yellowish. It seems to be beyond the realm of sake, like a dry wine. It has a lot of depth.
ALC 16-17 degrees, 60% polished rice. Kura-tsuki yeast.
