[Kagataya Hanpukai 2021⑦]
This month is the last month of the hanpukai that I have been a part of since April😢.
The last month is Niseko and Jikan!
The last month is Nisekko and Jikan!
As soon as I opened the bottle, it smelled like a combination of pineapple 🍍 and pear 🍐, which is my favorite aroma 😚.
It's a fire-retarded sake, but it still has a fresh, slightly fizzy feel. The balance between the spread of sweetness and umami in the first half and then the spiciness and bitterness felt in the second wave is excellent☺️.
The sweetness and bitterness that you feel especially after swallowing is beyond description👍👍.
After all, the level of happiness of home drinking Zijin is not half bad❗.
The final decision to participate in the Kagataya-san Hanpukai this time was the existence of this Jijima in the last month 😁.
I can't wait to see how it turns out!
