Lunch was at Hakotei.
Open 24 hours a day, the menu is diverse, and the atmosphere is unique and nostalgic.

Whether or not it goes well with claypot meat (hoi khoi) is another matter,
It has a wonderful balance of flavor and sharpness.

I guess beer was a better match in terms of compatibility with Chinese food.
But as expected, it was not buried in Kaiun.
Junmai unfiltered raw sake is delicious with any sake rice.

No trendy sake, but the atmosphere alone is Showa heritage😅.
I don't know where to find a place to drink various kinds of sake in Omiya, and I'd like to explore with Harry's help.
