Next time, please have the echo under sedation.
After the dock
Whenever I come to Tokyo, I usually go to a liquor store.
This time, I walked from Nishi-Nippori to Sendagi.
Isego is a first.
I worked in Nakameguro for a while, but I had never been there.
The waitress talked to me in a friendly way and bought this one that she chose for me according to my taste.
This is my second time to try 100% Koshihikari sake.
It's so beautiful that I can't believe it's rice. It is young and fresh.
It seems that the brewery is particular about brewing with new rice, so the youthfulness comes from that.
A little lees is also a good taste change. It adds depth to the flavor.
It is very delicious.
