The first restaurant, Waura Bar, has been featured in Kazuhiko Ota's books and programs.
This Ni- is an important restaurant for me, and I occasionally visit it to enjoy delicious heated sake and food.
The sake is mainly Shinkame, a junmai sake that warms up quickly.
I ordered the first glass of heated sake.

I had a glass of gari with tomatoes and fruit tomatoes as a side dish. 🍶♨️
I can only say it's delicious. Shinkame Mahojin hot sake.
