I had only a memory of having had Mutsu Hachisen once, so I bought it to taste it again.
It was dry and astringent. It's not bad, but I personally didn't like it much because I felt the astringent bitterness first. I got drunk and in the second half of the bottle, I didn't feel the unpleasant part 😅.
The sake quality itself is good as I was able to finish it! Thanks for the food 😄
