bouken
I bought it at a liquor store in Edion Namba, where there was only one bottle left. It's a series of CWS that I often see these days.
It's not written on the label, but it's an unfiltered unpasteurized sake.
The sourness comes first, and then the juicy sweetness and umami come at once with a sense of gas. After drinking it, there is a long aftertaste of fruity ginjo aroma in the mouth.
It is the best strike after a long time.

It's a little different, but it has a pineapple feel, so I recommend it to people who like Hanayo-Yoku. I think it's closer to Takachiyo.
