Now this Iero, a kijoshu made with modern Yamahai sake. It has the freshness and slight effervescence only possible with nama-shu. Refreshing finish with just a hint of citrus. It's so delicious. ❤️
I got some cheap bonito tataki (bonito tataki is a type of bonito), so I paired this with it. It's great👍.
