Cooler weather is finally here.
I'm thinking of drinking hiyayadoroshi to warm up my sake.
I thought I'd try some hiyaoroshi.
The manager of my home liquor store recommended it to me.
I bought this one!
60% polished Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, 15% alcohol by volume
When the aluminum cover is removed and the crown is opened
The opening sound is silent.
The top-tasting aroma is a modest Japanese pear.
On the palate
After a slightly cool tangy sensation at first
After the initial cool tangy sensation, the rich flavor comes out....
This, this, this is hiyaoroshi. ☺️
The round and thick flavor spreads.
Bitterness comes later.
It's autumn!
I can feel the season's progress with sake!
Sake drinkers are so lucky!

Day 2
Today we have a tin katakuchi and a glass boar's mouth.
Louder opening sound when opening the bottle than the first day ♫
Maybe because we used a katakuchi surrounded by ice.
The aroma is of Japanese pear with a touch of citrus.
The mouthfeel is very refreshing.
Oh my god!
I'm going to drink more and more!

3rd day
Warm to lukewarm in the fullness of time.
Put the warmed sake in a tin cup
Pour it into a flat sake cup
Take a sip
It's not a rich type of sake.
The acidity and umami expand a little and become gradually delicious.

Hi ymdaz 🐦!
Last year when we went out to compare the hiyayoroshi, it was so delicious that you drank it all 👍✨I still love drinking at home 😊.
