Fresh and slightly gaseous while still fire-aged. 70 polished with a good ginjo aroma 😊.
The baking soda-like acidity spreads in the mouth and a bit of bitterness gives it a nice sharpness. 😋😋😋😋
Sweetness and spiciness are medium. Went well with the seafood I bought with it.

We judged that the discounted Kamigawa we bought at a local supermarket before was still old.

Sake from Hokkaido itself is rare, but I've never seen this label for Kamikawa Taisetsu 😳

I think it was quite bumpy, but the anti-sickness medicine worked well and my family of four was able to spend a comfortable time. In case you're wondering, alcohol intoxication usually goes around 😆.
