This is the August release of Seisen.
When I went to stock up on regular Seisen, I saw that Koshitanrei Jun Ginjo was on sale, so I went with this one.
It has a clean rice aroma and a gentle ginjo aroma.
It has a round and smooth mouthfeel.
The thick umami spreads on the tongue.
It is a light dry taste with a clean and crisp taste.
It is best served cold, but at room temperature, the flavor swells.
It has a gentle taste even when warmed.
It is very good not only for drinking with food but also for drinking alone.
