Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu purchased at the Igarashi Sake Brewery's New Sake Festival. Pineapple-like ginjo aroma. This is... a juicy fruity junmai ginjyo that is very current. Fruity sweetness and acidity very refreshing. And this is the first time since I drank sake from Kagawa prefecture that I have had a salty aftertaste. I haven't had this feeling for a long time.
