Tonight we will open a bottle of test brew 3rd from our favorite Masayo 🤗.
I'm not sure when I'll be able to drink the 3rd, 4th, and Final, but I'll pick up the pace as more and more new sake is released 💪.
The aroma is more of a mild melon and cucumber than a gorgeous one. The taste has the same soft juiciness and acidity as the aroma, but the second half has the bitterness and spiciness that is typical of sake, making it great both alone and with food 😋😋😋😋😋.
