I wanted to open a nigori for Christmas🎄🎅, so here it is!
I think I was drinking Yaegaki nigori this time last year.
Senkori, Hirotogawa, and Jikin are said to be the 3 biggest nigori, but I heard some people call them the 4 biggest nigori if you include Ona 🤔.
It didn't blow when I opened the bottle, but it blew up and stirred automatically after some time 😅
Shuwa shuwa fruity and a little dry. Dry and tasty bitterness in the second half. I couldn't buy it every year, but I can see why it's so popular.
Last of the year? Tochigi Ai 🥰.
