I was curious about Suidama.
When the bottle was opened, it smelled sweet,
The taste is also sweet and fruity.
The umami spreads gradually and the aftertaste can be enjoyed.
It is not too strong, though.
Personally, it tastes like an Akita sake.
It was very delicious.
