I did it again. When I bought it, I was going to heat it up because I saw that "the flavor blooms even more when heated to 55 degrees Celsius," but I drank it cold, and it went down a treat. It was paired with oden (Japanese style rice dumplings) and went well with sakura ebi-ten (shrimp tempura)! I drank it quickly! It has a robust flavor, so it doesn't lose out to fried fish paste. The last time I drank it cold, I tried to heat it up, but it was Kirinzan. This year, they call it a light snowfall, but it's still snowing in March. I think I'll be able to enjoy hot sake a little more, so I'm going to go looking for heated sake. (I heard someone say that heated sake is also good during the hot season...)
