A fruity, slightly sweet, sour and tasty one. I am totally a fan of Hakusen.
The fourth day of the Aomori tour.
Hachinohe, Shiwa (Iwate), (Yamagata).
We joined the brewery tour of the Hachinohe Sake Brewery, for which we had made reservations in advance. The building is a tangible cultural property. It is large. It has a long history. We were grateful to learn a lot of trivia about the brewery.
Kabura-shima Shrine, which is related to the origin of the name of Yasen, is also nearby. It is said to be the place where sea cucumbers hang out the most in the world, so you can borrow an umbrella.

Hi old man 😃.
We have never been to Akita or Aomori and are talking about traveling north from Yamagata 🤗.
I will refer to the sake brewery on our route 🤗.

Hi old man!
I haven't been to the brewery, but I saw many photos of ❣️ that I've been to in your review, so I had to comment ☺️
Enjoy your Tohoku trip!

Thank you for your comment, Jay & Nobby.
Actually, there were some breweries that we visited but they were closed. On the other hand, there are some breweries that do not sell directly on their websites, but they were very courteous to us. It is important to check by phone. Please enjoy your visit.

Thank you for your comment, Eririn-sama.
It was a lot of fun. Although there is a part of me that envies Tohoku, I will enjoy the many advantages of living in Nagano Prefecture.
