We took this bottle with us last year when we dropped by Hatoya for Iraka Kuro. After that, I was able to fully enjoy the freshness of this bottle at Daigo Kanazawa store, so I put my home stock on standby until now.
I cured and opened the bottle, but didn't say a word. It might have been better to open it right after I brought it to the store.
But the piquancy has settled down, but the fresh & fruity is still there. Too good 😆.
It's an apple-like fruity sensation.
