Next to new sake, 4 years old sake!
It's a good thing that we can compare the sake like this 🤗.
By the way, I wonder how the 2018BY has remained so far!
Now, the taste
The aroma is gentle and discreetly fruity.
The taste is sweet like melon and banana, and rich and full-bodied.
I wonder if this is the result of 4 years of aging...
And yet it has a nice sharpness to it.
It's really a well-made sake👍
The 6th member is Mr. Nemuchi!
His handle is cool like "Rebechi", but he was originally "Sleepy Healer".
He changed his name to "Sleepy Healer" in response to the shortening boom.
I was surprised at how much information you know about sake and sake breweries, even though you are so young!
Studying sake all night every day → lack of sleep → always sleepy in the daytime...
I guess it's like this 😁.

I got the same one! I knew it had a matured feel to it😄I couldn't tell because it was my first time drinking it and I was drunk 😅It's delicious with a clean aftertaste!
