Kinkame金亀シリーズF20~90
ロビン
I went to the Kinkame brewery opening: ❗️
Anyway, this time I focused on the differences in taste🤣I'm always so tongue-tied I can't tell!
F20: Fruity and aromatic, the most floral in comparison! It has a slightly yellowish color.
It's expensive, so you can't buy it very often.
F30: The color is more transparent than F20, the taste is darker, the aroma is good, but it is more subdued than F20.
Indigo 40 :normal tasty, good aroma.
Tastes as good as F20 and F30, personally I like this one the best in total👍.
Black 50 :like a dry version of 40, but easy to drink. This is another one I often buy personally😃.
60 :From here on, the aroma of rice becomes a little stronger, it's a ginjo but I think it's dry.
70:Maybe the hottest, it has a sake feel.
80 :This is the sweetest. In my opinion, it is the limit of sweetness and can be drunk without hesitation.
90 :It has a strong flavor, almost like an old sake, and is also sweet.
We also tasted some more, so we will keep you posted 😃.
By the way, I was lucky enough to win the 2nd prize in the rattleshooting 🎊.
This is also a result of my love for Kinkame 🤣.

Hi Hirupeko, good evening. ❗️
Kinkame has a brewery open in the fall too, so you have a chance to visit during this year 👍.
I was lucky not to buy any spring sake as a prize for the rattles 😃.

I can't get enough of Kinkame's brewery opening 😻and winning the spring sake! Congratulations 🎉!
I prefer white 80 since the beginning because I like sweet ❣️70 and the border between 80 is interesting 🙂.
