Tasting at the brewery.
They were out of Junmai Daiginjo, so I couldn't taste it, so I decided to get Junmai Ginjo 😊.
The color is clear.
It does not seem to have any aroma.
Taste has rice flavor🌾, no sweetness. A little ALC feeling.
Little ginjo aroma.
It is a straightforward classic type of sake that is what is called light and dry 🍶.
