I thought about what to choose for the next brand and chose "Drunken Whale Junmai Ginjo"!
I chose this sake because it has a strong flavor, which comes in the latter half of the season, and I wanted it to be a solid sake.
It is a major sake that represents Kochi, but because of that, I have not had a chance to drink it recently.
As I get older, I can't drink as much as I used to... (^_^;)
I also try to think carefully when I drink because of the danger of drunk driving if alcohol remains in my body.
I think it is one of the reasons that the number of alcohol checks by the police in the early hours of the morning is increasing...(^_^;)
I am glad that I took the bullet train this time and stayed overnight on the day I drank, but I don't drink in a way that leaves me physically exhausted anymore.
This also has a robust flavor, as described in the recipe, but it does not interfere with the flavor of the ingredients in any way, and they were delicious while matching with each other.
Thank you very much for the meal. (^_^)v

Tomoyuki Kumagai, good evening 😃I realized I haven't been drinking drunken whales at all lately 😳💦I just think of the robust flavor of the alcohol and the food, both of which are very smooth 😆 a terrific combination 😍.

Good evening, Mr. Wakata! I'm sure you'll enjoy it 😄.
Once you drink one and find out how good it tastes, you want to try the next one 😁.
I'm already over 60 years old and the amount I can drink is limited, so I want to try my best in various ways (lol)!
