I realized I hadn't had this one in the Miyaganbai Four Seasons series, so I immediately bought it this year✨.
This sake is brewed with Miyatubaki yeast, Miyakanbai's original camellia flower yeast, which was discovered in the camellia flowers in the brewery's garden and is suitable for sake brewing❀.
It has a slight gaseous taste, a soft honey-like sweetness, a gentle sourness, almost no bitterness, and a low alcohol content of 12 degrees, so it is very easy to drink.
(It may be a little too sweet for those who don't like sweet)

Thanks for your time 😁.
Spring thyme is so juicy, sweet and low in alcohol, it's the juice of the year 😄.
I'm hoping to buy this year's Kanmei, Gin no Iroha and Sasayui 😊.
Right now I'm into heated winter blooming sake 🤘.

Hi Colonel Lal ☃.
Gin no Iroha and Sasayui are good - I especially love Sasayui 🤤.
I would love to try some heated winter blooming sake while it's cold 😊.
