shitakke
Sake with fullness and freshness. The aroma includes acidity, and of course there is acidity and sharpness. In addition to the sweetness of the rice, there is also a rich nuance of bitterness, although it is excessive to call it bitterness. It would be a good choice as a food sake.
This sake was not what I expected from Tenmei. No wonder they named it "Aozora" (blue sky). Personally, I would say it is like a sunny day in midsummer with just a hint of humidity.
