Hachibei I wanted to try.
Almost no aroma.
It is thick with acidity and rice sweetness.
I drank it all chilled,
I regretted not heating it up.
It was delicious even when chilled,
It was delicious chilled, but I think it would be even better if it were heated.
It was easy to pair with sashimi and was delicious.
