Congratulations to the Dodgers for winning the championship㊗️I was watching the game with a lot of concentration since this morning! I almost gave up on the game, but as they say, "If you give up, that's the end of the game!
Now, I saved this for the celebration! Blue bottle of Hakkaisan😄I bet many of you are probably drinking this today! Or maybe Yamamoto (lol). Hakkaisan has a partnership with the Dodgers, hence this bottle! I hope more and more people in the U.S. will be able to enjoy the goodness of Japanese sake.
The aroma is mild and banana-like. The flavor is mild and bananasweet, but the umami comes through and the taste is clean and refreshing. It is really delicious when heated up 😄It was perfect with the motsu nabe!
